The program series “Calling upon the facts” represents court sessions on civil-legal relations, where the members of the RA Chamber of Attorneys participate.
Each program starts with a short video, representing the prehistory of the legal case to be discussed in the court.
The program is aired on Public TV each Friday, at 18:45. The series include suits on such cases as contracts on the will, donation, sales, the procedure of meeting with the child, seizure of currency, limitation of acquisition, destroying unathorized construction, etc.
